Enter your Aadhaar number or Driving License number.
Enter the 10-digit mobile number linked with your Aadhaar.
Read the declaration, select “I Agree”, and enter the captcha.
Provide the OTP received on the registered mobile number and click “Submit”.

ABHA (Ayushman Bharat Health Account) typically takes the form of an email-like address, such as ‘yourname@consentmanager’. For example, ‘xyz@abdm’ indicates an ABHA address associated with the ABDM Consent Manager, which supports the secure exchange of health data within the ABDM network upon the appropriate consent.
The address is required to sign into the Health Information Exchange & Consent Manager (HIE-CM).
Health Information Exchange—Consent Manager (HIE-CM) allows ABHA users to manage their consents, shares, and links to their Personal Health Records (PHR). Ayush Bharat Digital Mission (ABDM) has its own HIE-CM. In the near future, patients will be allowed to choose their own consent managers.

Yes, you can create an ABHA Card for a child. The registration process remains the same. A Child ABHA will help you maintain your child’s medical history from the time of their birth.
Your ABHA personal details are retrieved from your Aadhaar card. So, you will have to visit the Permanent Enrolment Center or the nearest Aadhaar center to upgrade personal information (name, address, dob, gender, mobile number, and email) and biometrics in your Aadhaar. However, you can change your ABHA profile image from your dashboard.
